Effective meetings don’t
just happen. They are the result of careful planning,
skillful facilitation, and individual accountability.
The role of the meeting leader or facilitator is to
manage the group involvement process and to ensure
that both the tasks get accomplished and that the
meeting participants are actively engaged in the process.
This assessment will help the individual identify
the behaviors that result in successful meetings and
also identify areas in which he or she needs to improve.
