Customized Training Program - MBTI ( Myers-Briggs Type Indicator ) Workshop

Understanding your personality type increases your knowledge of how you see things and how you behave in certain situations. It can also enhance your insight into others so that you can more effectively interact with people in and outside of your organization.

At this insightful workshop, you will have the opportunity to take the world renowned MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) analysis, and participate in group exercises and demonstrations.

This program will help you to:

Identify your personality type
Build understanding of your own needs, values, preferred roles and behaviors
Differentiate the sixteen personality types and their unique needs
Develop strategies for dealing with the different personality types in your organization
Use MBTI to create effective teams in your organization

This one-day session focuses on the results of your MBTI analysis and the behaviors associated with your personality style. You will also learn how to address the needs of individuals with different personality styles.

NOTE: The long version of the MBTI Indictor may be taken prior to the session; a shortened version can be taken at the session.
