The Two Faces of Conflict: Managing
Interpersonal and Team Conflict
This instrument can serve as
a useful self-assessment of effective conflict management
behaviors. It addresses the phases of conflict management
in two situations: (1) interpersonal situations in
which the individual is directly involved and (2)
team settings where he or she may be helping others
resolve conflict. While its purpose is to provide
insights into how a person manages conflict, it can
also be distributed to others to assess their perception
of the respondents conflict management behaviors
